NDRC Centre Manager
Cordelia is the Centre manager for Valiant Close and is the nominated individual with CQC regulatory systems. Cordelia is and has worked across both the private care sector and for charities, she is an experienced and qualified manager.
Since joining NDRC in October 2022, Cordelia has implemented systems to manage quality, health, safety and fulfil regulatory obligations. Cordelia is passionate about ensuring people live their best lives possible, ensuring that NDRC continues to provide outstanding support and life-changing outcomes for those people that we support.

Gary is the Deputy manager and also the registered manager for the supported living services. He has over 20 years’ experience of working in Health and Social Care and he joined NDRC in 2018. Gary has progressed with his career starting at a senior staff member to where he is now.
Gary gets great satisfaction from the job he does and loves to help people, especially our Service users at Valiant close scheme. He also enjoys working with a great staff team who have various backgrounds and experience.

Ross is one of our Senior support workers he has just joined NDRC and enjoys promoting staff ‘s individual ways of working.
Ross ensures that whilst caring for clients he also provides the opportunity to work individually promoting their skills and responsibilities

NDRC can offer a one-to-one service or within a small group for individuals to attend social gatherings, their chosen hobbies...

We have some amazing purpose built one and two bedroom bungalows that are fully accessible and complete with assistive technology.
